About us

My name is Wendy, and I grew up in a patch factory.

While other kids played with toys, I played with thread cards, fabric scraps, and tiny embroidered samples. I watched my parents build this factory from the ground up — one machine, one worker, one order at a time. Over the years, I learned how much care goes into every patch: the color choices, the stitch density, the backing, the finishing.

As I got older, I realized something important: our craftsmanship is strong, but our voice wasn’t reaching the world.

So I decided to step in.

Today, I help bridge the gap between our factory and the creators, small businesses, and brands who need high‑quality patches with low MOQ and fast turnaround. I share behind‑the‑scenes stories, teach patch knowledge, and guide customers through the design and production process.

This isn’t just a business for me — it’s my family’s craft, and I’m proud to share it with you.

What is the estimated time of my delivery?

We will complete the delivery within 24 hours when we receive the order. We will ship in the United States/China via FedEx/DHL/UPS. The general delivery time is 2-4 working days after delivery, but we cannot guarantee that the following holidays will not affect the delivery:

How to track my delivery?

The order will be found through the Ups/FedEx/DHL system. We will generally send the mailing number to the mailbox through the official mailbox two working days after the order is placed. Please pay attention to it.
